Order Online

If you reside in the United States and are a registered user of the Pierce Products web site, you can order online. (If you are not yet registered and wish to do so, click here to access the registration page).

Browse or search our online catalog for a product. When you find a product to order, click on "Add" next to the Product # in the ordering information at the bottom of the page. This will add the product to your shopping cart.

After you have put everything you need in the shopping cart, click "Check Out" and you'll be connected to the check out form, which will ask for your bill to and ship to addresses, method of payment, and preferred delivery carrier. Click on continue and you'll reach the Order Approval Form, which will identify the product(s) ordered, product and shipping costs, method of shipment, and, if applicable, taxes.

When you click on the "Approve Order" icon, your order form goes to our Customer Service Department, which processes the order. Customer Service will e-mail you a reference number verifying that the order has been accepted and processed. Your order will arrive in a few days.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Orders received by 4:30 p.m. (Central Time) weekdays are usually shipped the same day (excluding major U.S. Holidays) and will arrive within two business days (Only for shipments weighing less than 10 lbs or less and delivered within the contiguous U.S. Distributors and sample orders are excluded).

When you need really fast service, just ask your Pierce Products Customer Service Representative for overnight delivery. We can even arrange Saturday delivery to qualified delivery and service areas. Your invoice will reflect the additional charges for these special services.

Summary of Shipping and Handing Charges:

A $25.00 handling charge is applied to each order.
Two-day shipping is FREE* for orders less than 10 lbs!
Customers pay freight charges for two-day delivery for orders over 10 lbs.
Customers pay freight charges for overnight shipments.
* There is a $15.00 dry ice charge, in addition to the freight charge, for shipments requiring dry ice.
* Customers pay freight and hazard fees for hazardous shipments.
