Protein Denaturants and Chaotropes

Chaotropic and denaturing chemical agents, including urea and guanidine hydrochloride, to disrupt water interactions and promote hydrophobic protein and peptide solubilization, elution, refolding and structural analysis.


	Guanidine-HCl and Solution Particulate free, crystal clear, colorless solution of guanidine hydrochloride with excellent stability. Can be used for washing affinity ligand columns (non-protein ligands), solubilizing inclusion bodies, and other peptide/protein analysis methods.


	Urea A low UV absorbing protein denaturant.
