Post-Translational Modification Enrichment Kits

Purification resins to isolate and enrich for sample proteins that contain specific post-translational modifications (PTM) including glycosylation (glycoproteins), ubiquitin (poly-ubiquitinated proteins), and phosphorylation (phosphoproteins).


	Glycoprotein Isolation Kits These kits contain wheat germ agglutinin (WGA) and Concanavalin A (ConA) agarose beads and optimized binding and elution buffers for glycoprotein purification.


	Phosphoprotein Enrichment Kit The Phosphoprotein Enrichment Kit is designed for the efficient enrichment of phosphorylated proteins derived from comples samples, mammalian cells and tissues.


	Ubiquitin Enrichment Kit Specialized affinity resin binds polyubiquitinated (polyubiquitinylated) proteins from cell and tissue lysates. Purify proteins containing multiple ubiquitin units from those with less than four such post-translational modifications.
