Fluorescent Labeling of Antibodies and Proteins
Convenient kits and activated fluorescent dyes for labeling amines, sulfhydryls and other functional groups with FITC, fluorescein, rhodamine or DyLight Fluor alternatives to Cy Dyes and Alexa Fluors.

DyLight Fluors - Technology and Product Guide
Information about DyLight Fluorescent Dyes, including links to chemical properties, specifications, excitation and emission (ex/em) spectra, example data, products and selection guides. Your pathway to better fluorescence imaging begins here!

DyLight Antibody Labeling Kits
Fast and efficient kits for labeling antibodies with any one of seven high-performance DyLight Fluors (em/ex from 405-800 nm). Two convenient kit formats provide for labeling either 0.1 mg or 1 mg antibody samples.

DyLight Dyes (Amine Reactive)
DyLight 350, 405, 488, 549, 633, 649, 680 and 800 Reactive Dyes are bright alternatives to Alexa Fluors (Alexa 488, Alexa 546, Alexa 555, Alexa 647, Alexa 680) and IRDye 800. They are also brighter and more photostable than CyDyes (Cy3, Cy5, Cy5.5).

DyLight Dyes (Sulfhydryl Reactive)
Thermo Scientific Sulfhydryl-Reactive DyLight Dyes are maleimide-activated derivatives of high-performance DyLight Fluors for fluorescent labeling of sulfhydryl-containing peptides, proteins and other biomolecular probes.

DyLight Dyes (Azide-Reactive)
Phosphine-activated DyLight Fluorescent Dyes for chemoselective labeling of azide-containing molecules using the Staudinger ligation chemistry.

DyLight Dyes (Free Acids)
Non-activated DyLight Fluorescent Dyes for use as fluorescence imaging controls and calibrators.

FITC and Fluorescein Dyes and Labeling Kits
Activated fluorescein dyes and kits for labeling peptides, proteins, antibodies and other molecules at primary amines or sulfhydryls.

TRITC and Rhodamine Dyes and Labeling Kits
Activated derivatives of rhodamine dye for labeling proteins, peptides, antibodies and other molecules.

AMCA Fluorescent Dyes
Activated derivatives of blue fluorescent AMCA (amino-methyl-coumarin-acetate) dye for labeling proteins and other molecules at primary amines, sulfhydryls, carboxyls and sugar groups.

DAPI Fluorescent Nuclear Stain
DAPI (4,6'-diamidino-2-phenylindole) blue fluorescent dye for staining nuclei (double-stranded DNA).

R-Phycoerythrin Fluorescent Protein
R-phycoerythrin (PE), a red-fluorescent protein that can be crosslinked to other antibodies or other molecules to produce conjugates having a broad absorbance peak and a large stokes shift.

Dye Removal Columns
The same high performance dye removal spin-columns used in the Thermo Scientific DyLight Antibody Labeling Kits are now available separately.
