A simple apparatus for simultaneously dialyzing 12 small-volume samples using flat sheets of dialysis membrane.

The Thermo Scientific Microdialyzer System 100 offers quick, simple method for small-volume sample desalting or buffer exchange. This unit is a manifold designed to hold a sheet of pre-framed dialysis membrane (sold separately) so that as many as 12 samples (each 20 to 100µL) can be dialyzed against a constant flow of buffer.

The unit is equipped with a lid to prevent evaporation of the sample, and a unique inlet/outlet system for easy buffer exchange. The Microdialyzer System offers minimal protein loss and excellent sample recovery. In addition, an autoclavable Sample Well Plate is available. Pre-framed cellulose acetate dialysis membranes of varying molecular weight cut-offs (MWCO) are also available for added convenience.
