Iodine Labeling Reagents for Proteins

Tyrosine addition compounds and tyrosyl activation vessels that replace chloramine T oxidation reagents to efficiently label proteins and other molecules with radioactive iodine (usually 125I), a process called iodination, for use as tracers and probes.


	Pierce Iodination Beads Beads (3-mm diameter) coated with iodination reagent for solid-phase iodine activation and protein labeling.


	Pierce Iodination Reagent "IODO-GEN" - an oxidizing agent for coating glassware for efficient solid-phase iodination of proteins and peptides.


	Pierce Iodination Tubes Glass test tubes pre-coated with Pierce Iodination Reagent ("IODO-GEN") for convenient and efficient solid-phase iodine-labeling of proteins and peptides.


	SHPP (Bolton-Hunter Reagent) An NHS-ester reagent that reacts with primary amines to add tyrosyl groups, the required targets for iodination (iodine-labeling).


	Sulfo-SHPP (Water-Soluble Bolton-Hunter Reagent) A water-soluble, sulfo-NHS reagent that reacts with primary amines to add tyrosyl groups, the required targets for iodination (iodine-labeling).
