Comparison of Thermo Scientific Biotin-binding Microplates. Biotinylated peptide (A), biotinylated Protein G (B) or biotinylated rabbit IgG (C) was incubated for 30 minutes in streptavidin-coated standard microplates (SBC), streptavidin-coated high binding capacity plates (HBC), or streptavidin-coated high sensitivity plates (HS). Plates were washed three times with Tris-buffered saline and incubated with a fluorescein-labeled peptide (2 µg/ml) for (A) or goat anti-rabbit IgG conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (100 ng/ml for B and C) for 30 minutes. Plates were washed and incubated with QuantaBlu* Fluorogenic Peroxidase Substrate. The fluorescent signal was measured at 430 nm.
