Spin Columns and Gravity-flow Columns

Different sizes and types of empty purification columns and filter spin columns for packing desalting resins, agarose beads or other affinity supports to use in microcentrifuge or gravity-flow chromatography procedures.


	Centrifuge Columns for Affinity Chromatography Centrifuge columns are ideal for packing a customized affinity column to be used in spin applications. These polypropylene spin columns allow rapid affinity purification with any resin in an efficient spin format.


	Disposable Plastic Columns Columns supplied complete with porous polyethylene discs, stoppers and end caps. Plastic columns can be pre-packed and stored until needed and are compatible with most types of aqueous buffer eluents commonly used in chromatography.


	Resin Separators Convenient tool for separating solutions in test tubes from agarose beads and other chromatography media after binding or enzymatic reactions.


	Spin Columns for Immunoprecipitation Spin columns allow you to affinity purify more protein in less time without losing resin! Use these plastic columns for affinity purification, immunoprecipitation (IP) and co-immunoprecipitation (co-IP) assays in an efficient spin-column format.


	Reusable Glass Columns Supplied complete with polyethylene porous discs, end fittings and end cap. Made of borosilicate glass and can be used with aqueous and organic eluents.
