Superflow Affinity Agarose Resins
Resins for FPLC fusion protein purification.
Three new Thermo Scientific Superflow Affinity Resins are available for fusion protein purification. The base resin is highly crosslinked 6% agarose and will not compress under conditions used for medium- or large-scale FPLC purification. With high dynamic binding capacities, these resins make an excellent choice for large scale purification of fusion proteins from lysates.

- Purity: >80% pure fusion protein from lysates
- Recommended flow rates: 150 to 300cm/hour (Maximum: 1200cm/hour)
- Dynamic Binding capacity: 10 to 20mg/mL resin
- Reuse: up to 25 times
