Cell and protein biologists have come to trust our high-grade Surfact-Amps Detergent Solutions for preparing customized cell lysis reagents, wash buffers, and protein solubilization solutions. The 10% (w/v) aqueous solutions are both very pure and convenient to use. Until recently, these popular detergents (including NP-40, Triton X-100, Triton X-114, Tween 20, Tween 80, and Brij-35) were offered only as packages of 10mL aliquots in glass ampules. Now, we also offer these products in plastic (HPDE) bottles in sizes ranging from 50mL to 1L.
