Make your own lentivirus particles for stable luciferase expression

In 2012 we launched luciferase assay kits using Cypridina, Gaussia, Gaussia-Dura and Renilla luciferase with flash and glow kinetics and dual-spectral assay kits for the simultaneous detection of each of these enzymes with Red Firefly luciferase. 

Well, this year we launched Thermo Scientific Pierce Lentiluc Packaging Kits for all 5 luciferase enzymes! Now instead of transfecting your cells with luciferase expression plasmids, you can generate lentivirus particles to stably express your luciferase of choice in transfection-resistant cell lines including primary and stem cells.

We also offer pre-made lentivirus particles that enable strong and weak luciferase expression under the control of the CMV and TK promoters, respectively, used as controls in luciferase reporter assays.
