Chromatography cartridge LC data
A new product article on liquid chromatography columns presents results from various experiments that used selected desalting and affinity resins as supplied in the format of Thermo Scientific Pierce Chromatography Cartridges. Although these data from 2007 and 2010 were previously available in other print and web formats, the new article summarizes the results more clearly and links to the relevant products. Chromatograms and stained protein gels of collected fractions from liquid chromatography (LC) runs with the 1mL or 5mL Pierce Cartridges are described for the following Thermo Scientific resin products:
