Downloadable dual-spectral luciferase calculator is now available

Dual-spectral luciferase reporter assays are a sensitive experimental approach to quantifying gene reporter activity, but distinguishing the individual luciferase signals is tedious work when calculating the luminescence by hand.

We recently created a downloadable calculator to help you quickly separate luciferase signals. The calculator can be used for any assay format (e.g., unformatted, 96-well, 384-well) by simply plugging the data from your luminometer into the worksheets and the calculator will deliver the luminescence in relative light units (RLUs).
