In the U.S., shipments should be inspected immediately. Damaged
goods should be reported to the carrier within 48 hours, and a "Damage Report" should
be filed. All breakage and shortages must be reported to the
Pierce Products Customer Service Department within 10 days.
To ensure that you receive the proper credit, all returns MUST be
authorized. Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-874-3723
for assistance or return authorization. Products returned for credit
must be received within 60 days of the initial shipment,
and they must be in saleable condition. Outside of the U.S., contact
your local distributor.
