DyLight Fluor Absorption and Emission Spectra

Spectral properties of Thermo Scientific DyLight Fluors.

DyLight Dyes have absorption maxima ranging from 350nm to 770nm. The emission profiles correspond to the principal output wavelengths (filter sets and lasers) of standard fluorescence imagers, making them compatible with fluorescence microscopy, fluorescence plate readers, array scanners and instrumentation such as the Typhoon* and LI-COR Odyssey* Imagers.
