Photoreactive Crosslinkers

Aryl azide, diazirine and other photo-reactive (light-activated) chemical crosslinking reagents to conjugate proteins, nucleic acids and other molecular structures involved in receptor-ligand interaction complexes via two-step activation.

Short (7.7A) amine-to-anything crosslinker; composed of NHS-ester and nitrophenyl azide reactive groups; photoactivates with UV light (Amax 320nm). 

Very short to mid-length (3.9 to 13.5A), amine-to-anything crosslinkers; NHS-ester and diazirine reactive groups; photoactivate with UV light (Amax 330 to 370nm). 

Amine-to-DNA crosslinker; composed of NHS-ester and psoralen reactive groups; conjugates to DNA via light-activated intercalation next to pyrimidine bases. 

Long (18.2A) amine-to-anything crosslinker; composed of Sulfo-NHS-ester and nitrophenyl azide reactive groups; photoactivates with UV light (Amax 320 to 350nm). 

Compact, UV-lamps with 252nm, 302nm and 365nm short to long wavelength bulbs for use with photoactivatable crosslinkers and UV-crosslinking methods.
