Endogen offers a broad range of recombinant cytokines, chemokines, growth factors and active kinases for bovine, canine, equine, feline, human, mouse, porcine, primate, rat and Rhesus monkey. All of Endogen's proteins are fully validated and QC-tested (N-terminal sequence, bioassay and SDS-PAGE analysis) to ensure high biological activity and accurate, reproducible results. Applications include cell culture maintenance, bioassays, in vivo research and standards for Western blot and ELISA. Whenever possible, new Endogen recombinant proteins will be expressed in a yeast system, Pichia pastoris, which generates proteins that are secreted, properly folded, and glycosylated in a manner similar to mammalian systems. Most proteins are provided carrier-free and low endotoxin. A lot-specific Certificate of Analysis is provided with each protein.
