His-tagged Protein Purification Resins and Kits


HisPur Cobalt and Ni-NTA Agarose Resins, Columns and Kits as high-yield immobilized metal affinity chromatography (IMAC) media for His-tagged protein purification of recombinant fusion proteins bearing an N-terminal or C-terminal poly-histidine tag.


Gently purify His-tagged recombinant fusion proteins using cobalt (Co2+) immobilized metal chelate affinity (IMAC) beads, spin columns and plates. 

Obtain highly purified His-tagged fusion proteins by FPLC from cell lysates with this divalent cobalt-charged, tetradentate Superflow agarose resin. 

Purify His-tagged recombinant fusion proteins using high-capacity nickel-NTA (nitrilotriacetic acid) metal-chelate beads, spin columns and plates. 

Obtain high-yield purification of His-tagged fusion proteins by FPLC with this divalent nickel-charged, tetradentate Superflow agarose resin. 

Extract yeast cells and purify His-tagged recombinant fusion proteins using Y-PER Yeast Extraction Reagent and nickel-IDA (Ni-IDA) agarose columns.
