Sulfhydryl-to-Carbohydrate Crosslinkers

Crosslinking reagents based on maleimide and hydrazide reactive groups for conjugation and formation of covalent crosslinks between sulfhydryl (cysteine) and aldehyde (oxidized glycoprotein carbohydrate) groups.

Short (8.1A), sulfhydryl-to-aldehyde crosslinker; maleimide and hydrazide groups conjugate cysteines to periodate-treated glycoprotein sugars.

Mid-length (11.8A), sulfhydryl-to-aldehyde crosslinker; maleimide and hydrazide groups conjugate cysteines to periodate-treated glycoprotein sugars.

Long (19.0A), sulfhydryl-to-aldehyde crosslinker; maleimide and hydrazide groups conjugate cysteines to periodate-treated glycoprotein sugars.

Long (17.9A), sulfhydryl-to-aldehyde crosslinker; maleimide and hydrazide groups conjugate cysteines to periodate-treated glycoprotein sugars.

Short (9.2A), sulfhydryl-to-aldehyde crosslinker; pyridyldithiol and hydrazide groups conjugate cysteines to periodate-treated glycoprotein sugars via cleavable disulfide bonds.
