Mouse IFN beta ELISA Kit

Assay IFN-β (mouse interferon beta) levels in mouse serum and culture media (supernatants) with this VeriKine* Mouse IFN beta ELISA Kit.

This mouse IFN beta ELISA kit uses pre-titered, matched pairs of coating and detection antibodies to accurately measure interferon beta (IFN-β) in samples at 100μL per well. The IFN-β kit is validated for use with mouse cell and tissue culture media. Also included are calibrated recombinant protein standard, TMB substrate solution and stop solution. The complete kit contains pre-coated 96-well plate and lot-optimized reagents. All components undergo quality control testing to minimize lot-to-lot variability.
