Human IFN alpha ELISA Kit (Serum)

These human IFN alpha ELISA kits use pre-titered, matched pairs of coating and detection antibodies to accurately measure interferon alpha (IFN-α) in samples at 50μL per well. These IFN-α kits are validated for use with human serum, plasma and tissue culture media. Also included are calibrated recombinant protein standard, TMB substrate solution and stop solution. The complete kits contain pre-coated 96-well plate(s) and lot-optimized reagents. All components undergo quality control testing to minimize lot-to-lot variability.
