This human IFN omega ELISA kit uses pre-titered, matched pairs of coating and detection antibodies to accurately measure interferon omega (IFN-ω) in samples at 25μL per well. The IFN-ω kit is validated for use with human cell culture supernatants, serum, plasma and other bodily fluids. Also included are calibrated recombinant protein standard, TMB substrate solution and stop solution. The complete kit contains pre-coated 96-well plate and lot-optimized reagents.
