PEGylation Reagents

Activated linear and branched derivatives of polyethylene glycol (PEG) for pegylation and PEG-modification of peptides and proteins via primary amines and sulfhydryl groups to increase solubility, prolong stability and reduce immunogenicity.




MS(PEG)n: amine-reactive (NHS ester), methyl-capped polyethylene glycol compounds (4 to 24 EG units) for pegylation of -NH2 groups on proteins (lysines) or assay surfaces. 

TMS(PEG)n: amine-reactive (NHS ester), 3-branched polyethylene glycol compound (40 EG units) for pegylation of -NH2 groups on proteins (lysines) or assay surfaces. 

MS(PEG)n: sulfhydryl-reactive (maleimide), polyethylene glycol compounds (12 and 24 EG units) for pegylation of protein or peptide cysteines or assay surfaces. 

TMM(PEG)n: sulfhydryl-reactive (maleimide), 3-branched polyethylene glycol compound (40 EG units) for pegylation of protein or peptide cysteines or assay surfaces. 

CA(PEG)n: pegylated amino acids of the form carboxy-PEG-amine; with 4 to 24 polyethylene glycol units; for surface- and molecule-pegylation applications. 

CL(PEG)n: carboxylic acid and bidentate thiol compound with a 4-unit polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer; carboxylate and pegylate quantum dots, gold surfaces, silver. 

CT(PEG)n: carboxylic acid and sulfhydryl compound with a 12-unit polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer; carboxylate and pegylate quantum dots, gold surfaces, silver. 

MA(PEG)n: methyl- and amine-capped polyethylene glycol compounds containing 4 to 24 PEG units; use for surface-modification and molecule-pegylation applications. 

ML(PEG)n: methyl and bidentate thiol compound with a 4-unit polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer; methylate and pegylate quantum dots, gold surfaces, silver. 

MT(PEG)n: methyl and sulfhydryl compound with a 4-unit polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer; methylate and pegylate quantum dots, gold surfaces, silver.
