These human IFN alpha ELISA kits use pre-titered, matched pairs of coating and detection antibodies to accurately measure interferon alpha (IFN-α) in samples at 100μL per well. These IFN-α kits are validated for use with human cell and tissue culture media and are optimized for both high-sensitivity and extended assay ranges. Also included are calibrated recombinant protein standard, TMB substrate solution and stop solution. The complete kits contain pre-coated 96-well plate(s) and lot-optimized reagents.
