Horseradish peroxidase (HRP), alkaline phosphatase (AP) and other substrate enzymes in purified, activated and kit formats for easy conjugation to proteins and preparation of antibody conjugates for immunoassay procedures.


Purified calf-intestinal alkaline phosphatase (AP, alk-phos) enzyme for use in activity assays and conjugation to antibodies for ELISA and IHC. 

Specially purified 50% ethylene glycol solution to provide antifreeze protection and freezer storage stability for antibody-enzyme conjugates. 

Protects the enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugates, fully-stabilizing even very dilute (1 ng/ml) stock solutions.  

Purified horseradish peroxidase enzyme for use in activity assays and conjugation to antibodies for ELISA, Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications.
