Assay TNFa (porcine tumor necrosis factor alpha) levels in pig serum, plasma (EDTA, heparin, sodium citrate) and culture supernatant samples with our Thermo Scientific Porcine TNF alpha ELISA Kits.
These porcine TNF alpha ELISA kits use pre-titered, matched pairs of coating and detection antibodies to achieve sensitive and accurate measurement of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha, TNFα) in samples at 50 to 100μL per well. Also included are calibrated recombinant protein standard, streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate solution and stop solution. The complete kits contain precoated 96-well strip plate(s) and lot-optimized reagents. The economically-priced reagent kit provides validated reagents only, requiring users to coat their own plates. All components undergo quality control testing to minimize lot-to-lot variability.
Specificity: no significant cross-reaction with human IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-3, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-7, IL-8, IL-9, IL-11, IL-12p70, IL-12p40, IL-13, IL-15, IL-16, IL-17, IL-18, Eotaxin, GCSF, GMCSF, GROα, GROβ, IFNγ, IFNα, MCP-1, MCP-2, MCP-3, MCP-4, VEGF, MIP-1α, MIP-1β, TGFβ, TNFβ or RANTES; mouse TNFα; rat TNFα; bovine TNFα. This ELISA uses antibodies raised against human TNFα. This ELISA reacts with porcine and human TNFα at 100%.
