Assay IFN-γ (rat interferon gamma) levels in rat serum, plasma (EDTA, heparin, sodium citrate), and culture supernatant samples with our Thermo Scientific Rat IFN gamma ELISA Kits.
These rat IFN-gamma ELISA kits use pre-titered, matched pairs of coating and detection antibodies to achieve sensitive and accurate measurement of interferon gamma (IFNγ) in samples at 50 per well. Also included are calibrated recombinant protein standard, streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate solution and stop solution. The complete kits contain precoated 96-well strip plate(s) and lot-optimized reagents. All components undergo quality control testing to minimize lot-to-lot variability.

When preparations of NIH/NIBSC mouse IFNγ (lot Gg02-901-533) were evaluated in the Rat IFNγ ELISA Kit, 6250pg/mL mouse IFNγ was equivalent to 258pg/mL rat IFNγ (4.1% cross-reactivity).
