DSG (Disuccinimidyl glutarate)

Thermo Scientific Pierce DSG is disuccinimidyl glutarate, a simple homobifunctional crosslinker based on the amine-reactive N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester group.

Highlights:

• Can increase crosslinking efficiency compared to DSS in some applications
• Reactive groups: NHS ester (homobifunctional)
• Reactive toward: amino groups
• Non-cleavable
