Amine Biotinylation Reagents and Kits

Labeling reagents and kits to specifically biotinylate antibodies and other proteins or peptides with biotin labels at primary amines (lysine and N-terminus), the most abundant reactive group on the surface of proteins, for streptavidin detection.

A long (29.0A), pegylated, water-soluble, NHS-ester biotinylation reagent to label amines and maximize solubility of antibodies and other proteins.

The shortest (13.5A), water-soluble, NHS-ester biotinylation reagent to label protein amines (e.g., lysines); for antibody or cell-surface labeling.

A mid-length (22.4A), water-soluble, NHS-ester biotinylation reagent to label protein amines; very popular for antibody or cell-surface labeling.

A cleavable, mid-length (24.3A), water-soluble, NHS-ester biotinylation reagent to label protein amines; reducing agents cleave disulfide bond of spacer arm.

A column-based method of antibody biotinylation that provides greater control over the amine-labeling reaction and labeled antibody clean-up process.

The simplest, shortest (13.5A), NHS-ester biotinylation reagent to label protein amines (e.g., lysines); membrane permeable for intracellular labeling.

Iminobiotin NHS-ester biotinylation reagent to label protein amines for soft-release, reversible binding to streptavidin in affinity purification methods.

A long-chain (22.4A), NHS-ester biotinylation reagent to label protein amines (e.g., lysines); membrane permeable for intracellular labeling.

A doubly long-chain (30.5A), NHS-ester biotinylation reagent to label protein amines (e.g., lysines); membrane permeable for intracellular labeling.

A very long (56.0A), pegylated, water-soluble, NHS-ester biotinylation reagent to label amines and maximize solubility of antibodies or other proteins.

A cleavable, mid-length (24.3A), NHS-ester biotinylation reagent to label protein amines; disulfide bond is reducible; membrane permeable.

A cleavable, pegylated, long (37.9A) NHS-ester biotinylation reagent to label protein amines; disulfide bond is reducible; polyethylene glycol groups enhance solubility.

A very short (9.6A) pentafluorophenyl-ester biotinylation reagent to label protein primary amines as well as secondary amines in DNA, RNA, etc.

A doubly long (30.5A), water-soluble, NHS-ester biotinylation reagent to label protein amines (e.g., lysines); for antibody or cell-surface labeling.

A tetrafluorophenyl-ester biotinylation reagent to label primary amines (e.g., protein lysines) and secondary amines such as histidine and tryptophan.
