DyLight Dye fluorescent secondary antibodies are bright alternatives to conjugates of Alexa Fluor*, CyDye* and LI-COR* Dyes.

Thermo Scientific DyLight Fluor Secondary Antibodies are high-performance fluorescent conjugates for use as secondary molecular probes in fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, Western blotting, ELISA, high-content screening and other array platforms. The goat anti-mouse IgG and goat anti-rabbit IgG conjugates provide for detection of these popular species of primary antibodies.

The antibodies are offered as highly functional conjugates with each of nine different DyLight Fluorescent Dyes having absorption spectra ranging from 350 nm to 777 nm and bright emission spectra that match the principal output wavelengths of common fluorescence instrumentation. DyLight Conjugates exhibit higher fluorescence intensity and photostability than Alexa Fluor*, Cy* and LI-COR* Dyes in many applications and remain highly fluorescent over a broad pH range (pH 4-9).
