Amine Biotinylation Reagents and Kits

Labeling reagents and kits to specifically biotinylate antibodies and other proteins or peptides with biotin labels at primary amines (lysine and N-terminus), the most abundant reactive group on the surface of proteins, for streptavidin detection.

These easy-to-use biotin labeling kits contain everything you need for convenient, successful biotinylations. Biotinylate 1-10 mg of antibody or other protein with > 85% protein recovery.

Micro Biotinylation Kits allow you to biotinylate 50-200 µg of antibodies and other proteins with recoveries generally > 80%. Single-dose biotin reagents provide consistent, reliable results!

The solid-phase approach to antibody biotinylation provides more control over the reaction and clean-up.

Water-insoluble biotin labeling reagents with spacer arms ranging from 13.5 - 30.5 A. At pH 7-9, covalently attach biotin to a primary amine group via a stable, amide bond. NHS-Biotin labeling reagents are uncharged and will penetrate cell membranes.

Biotinylate and estimate the extent of biotinylation with one reagent.

Soft-release biotin labeling reagent features reversible binding to avidin preventing protein denaturation during purification. Binds to avidin at pH > 9.5 and dissociates at pH 4.0. Reacts with primary amines at pH 7-9 to form a stable amide bond.

NHS-PEG4-Biotin and NHS-PEG12-Biotin reactions are amine-reactive NHS-ester reagents with long, flexible and hydrophilic polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer arms.

The EZ-Link NHS-SS-Biotin Labeling Reagent from Pierce enables simple and efficient biotinylation of antibodies, proteins and other primary amine-containing molecules.

EZ-Link NHS-SS-PEG4-Biotin Labeling Reagent enables simple and efficient biotin labeling of antibodies, proteins and any other primary amine-containing biomolecules in solution.

PFP-biotin has similar properties to NHS-biotin. However, the PFP-ester is more reactive and will target both primary and secondary amines for biotinylation.

Water-soluble biotin labeling reagents with spacer arms from 13.5 - 30.5 A. At pH 7-9, covalently attach biotin to a primary amine group via a stable, amide bond. Sulfo-NHS-Biotin labeling reagents are ideal to specifically label cell surface proteins.

Our most popular biotinylation reagent. Water-soluble, amine reactive biotin with a 22.4Å spacer arm. Excellent for labeling antibodies and other proteins.

This water-soluble, amine reactive biotin labeling reagent includes a cleavable spacer are. Ideal reagent for labeling cell surface proteins.

Biotinylate a primary or secondary amine and create a hydrophilic linkage. TFP-PEG-biotin tetraphenyl ester (TFP) reacts with primary amines found on lysine residues and the N-terminus and secondary amines such as histidine and tryptophan.
